We saw that this restaurant had good reviews, so we went in to try the Enshi kang potatoes: they really lived up to their reputation, haha, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, very fragrant (in fact, the kang potatoes we had in Yichang were also quite delicious). Minced meat and dregs: I saw dregs on the menu when I was eating in Yichang, but I didn't dare to order them because I was afraid they were some kind of dark cuisine. This time when I came to Enshi, I saw that it was a specialty, so I tried it. In fact, it was soybean dregs with minced meat and other meat and vegetable ingredients added.
